The Vibe: It's a traditional beer hall with lots of entertainment all around you. For those that may be expecting tons of decor, think again. It's in line with the traditional biergartens/halls in Germany. There's a stage and long wooden benches for seating--and drinking.  Typically a live band (clad in lederhosen) will be performing German dance-type music and expect crowds to gather round the stage and start swing-dancing and jigging along to the beat. It's one massive sized room with long tables, so expect to be rubbing elbows with the people next to you.

Style Profile: Waitresses honor the traditional German attire. The patrons rock anything from causal tees and jeans to nightlife apparel. I'd suggest a happy medium: go for something trendy but comfortable. You'll need to be getting in and out of long bench tables, so wearing heels (or a dress) could be problem-some. If you plan on arm-spinning with the rest of the crowd near the music, you'll need to be able to dance fast-paced, dress appropriately.

Must Order: Hofbrau Seasonal Biers. They are one-of-a-kind and available for a limited time; sip these tasty brews while you can. Pair that with some Hofbrauhaus Pretzels and Bier Cheese, because authentic beer and pretzels, what could be better?

Must Do: Visit the biergarten. It features trees, shaded awnings and ambient, white, twinkling lights at night. It's the perfect escape to relax, grab some fresh air and catch a gorgeous view of the Cincinnati skyline.

Must Know: Things get crowded quick on a hopping night, so if you don't like sharing your space with strangers, this may not be the place for you.
