The Vibe: Mt. Adams tends to be a younger crowd of local college students and young adults, with the occasional 50-year-old who sits at the bar and buys drinks for you and all of your friends.  If you've ever been to Uptown in Miami Oxford, then you already have a feel for Mt. Adams.  They have similar vibes, except Mt. Adams is slightly more upscale (less of the young college crowd who hasn't learned control yet) and a shorter walk from bar to bar--all the bars are quite literally next to each other and across the street!  Convenient? I think yes!

Style Profile: Even though there are a variety of places in Mt. Adams, one style seems to be pretty consistent.  Preppy.  Dudes are typically in polos, sweaters, and Sperry's.  Ladies don skinny jeans with pumps, blouses, and blazers.  But what's unique about next chapter is that it's a package deal.  You get club and pub all in one!  So ladies, feel free to wear that shorter skirt or those tight jeans on Next Chapter's dance floor.  Wanna stay covered up?  That's fine too! The outside and left-bottom side (looking at the front from Pavilion St.) both have potential to be more low key, while the upstairs and right side tend to be more "clubby."

Must Do: Go to Next Chapter in the mild weather in each of the four seasons. Beware of those steps in the winter! As things start to slowly warm up, the upper patio on the left side is slightly more secluded and perfect for girl talk!
Must Know: Another thing to note: bathrooms. On the left side, bathrooms are in the basement. On the right, they are located to the left of the stage. BOTH bathrooms only have 2 stalls so don't wait until the very last second to get in line! You will not be a happy camper.
